The area is primarily industrial and residential; there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance beyond the hotel's own facilities. Taxis and rideshares cost roughly €30-35 to the city centre and €20-25 to the airport terminals. For car users, the location provides quick access to the M-40 and A-2 motorways, and the IFEMA exhibition centre is a 10-minute drive away.

Rooms are offered as suites with a distinct living-dining area, work desk, and comfortable seating.
