The R4 bus stop outside the property reaches UBC in about 20 minutes, and bus no. 10 goes downtown. Downtown Vancouver is roughly 15 minutes by car or Uber, and a 30-minute bus ride. The property is a short drive from the Tsawwassen ferry and 4 km from Vancouver Olympic Centre. Van Dusen Gardens and Granville Island Ferry Dock are within easy reach.

Spacious double rooms feature a king-size bed, private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a seating area with a flat-screen TV (with streaming capability), and a wardrobe. The private bathroom is large and includes free toiletries. Each room has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and tea/coffee maker; there is no stove or oven.
