The hotel is on a quiet residential street, providing a peaceful night's sleep while being within a 7-minute walk of both Vondelpark and the Rijksmuseum. The Museumplein tram stop, reachable in 2 minutes, offers direct trams (lines 2, 3, 5, 12) to Leidseplein, Dam Square, and Amsterdam Central Station. The nearest metro station (line 52) is at Vijzelgracht. The Amsterdam Airport Express bus 397 stops at Museumplein, providing a direct connection to Schiphol. A supermarket, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient for self-catering or casual meals. The walkable neighbourhood also provides easy access to major museums, high-end shopping, and parks.

Room categories include double rooms with a private bathroom, twin rooms with two single beds, and a semi-double room with a 130x200cm bed and shared shower and toilet. A small single room has an external private shower but a shared toilet located one floor below. The single room with a shared bathroom in the hallway is the most basic option. All rooms have heating, carpeted floors, and many include a TV and desk. Some rooms are on the third floor, where large windows provide street views and blackout shades. The steep, narrow Amsterdam staircases access all rooms; the staff can assist with luggage. Rooms vary in size, but many are described as spacious and clean. Shared bathrooms are single-use (for one person at a time) and are kept spotless. Daily housekeeping is provided. No rooms have a balcony.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, so all meals except breakfast need to be sourced nearby. Breakfast (€10, must be pre-ordered the day before) includes bread, butter, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and eggs cooked to order, with coffee and juice. It is served in a quiet, bright dining room.
