Rooms are basic and compact, with minimal amenities - no kettle, cups, hairdryer, iron, or toiletries. Beds may be two single beds pushed together rather than a double. Top-floor rooms have sloping ceilings that limit standing height. All rooms are accessed via steep spiral stairs (no lift). Street noise can be significant; light sleepers should request a quieter room away from the road. Some rooms have shared balconies. Recently renovated rooms are clean and modern, but overall furnishings are sparse.

The hotel does not offer any meals or dining facilities. A wide range of cuisines is available within 300-500 metres, including Indian, Thai, Italian, and pub food. For breakfast, guests can visit nearby cafés. Each room has a fridge for storing snacks and drinks.
