Clinkmama offers a range of rooms to suit different needs and budgets. These include MAMA'S Couple Suites with en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs, linen, towels, soap, music docks, hairdryers, coffee & tea set-ups, and free WIFI. Deluxe Double En-Suite Rooms offer canal views, en-suite bathrooms, linen, towels, soap, and free WIFI. Standard Deluxe Double En-Suite Rooms provide privacy with en-suite bathrooms, linen, towels, soap, and free WIFI. Superior Double En-suite Rooms offer music docks and free WIFI. Dorm options include 5-bed Hipster Dorms, 7-bed Ladies-Only Dorms with pink dressing gowns, free nail polish, and glossy magazines, 8-bed Backpackers Dorms, and 12-bed El Cheapo Dorms. All dorms have multiple power outlets and large luggage lockers. Linen and soap are included. Towels are included in double rooms and available for rent or purchase in cabins and dorms. Rooms range from 26 to 31 square meters. Some double rooms feature seating areas and city views, while others have no windows and are placed in common areas. All rooms use material from the building's previous incarnation, such as breeze block beds, raw concrete, and different-colored tiles.

Clinkmama is near a variety of dining options. De Zuid offers cheese fondue and Belgian beers. Sir Hummus serves hummus-based dishes. Hotel de Goudfazant, in an old industrial warehouse, offers a three-course set menu of French-inspired dishes for €31.50. Yam Yam is a local favorite for wood-fired pizza. De Wasserette is known for sandwiches and coffee. Cafe Par Hasard offers classic dishes and a three-course menu for €27.50. Miss Korea BBQ offers a barbecue experience where diners cook their own meat and vegetables. A cosy Jordan restaurant offers authentic Thai dishes such as thom kha kai soup, beef tenderloin in oyster sauce, and fried prawns with curry powder and red chillies. Banging Bloody Marys and breakfast dishes are also available.

Clinkmama offers common areas for inspiration, meetings, and relaxation. The reception desk is made of vintage books. Guests can use sofas, a communal table, or swings. Movies are shown in a teepee tent. Family-style dinners are hosted twice a week in MAMA's open kitchen.
