The hotel sits in a quiet, modern but partly industrial area about 3 km north of the city centre. The nearest public transport is the F3 or F6 ferry (free, 24/7) from Amsterdam Central Station, which is a 5-minute crossing. After disembarking, the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk through a developing neighbourhood - there are no direct buses or trams from the stop. Nearby landmarks include A'DAM Lookout (14-minute walk), and the Albert Heijn supermarket is within a 15-minute walk for basic supplies. The surroundings are under construction in parts, so the route may involve scaffolding or uneven paths. Rembrandt House and Anne Frank House are each about 8 km away. Car access is straightforward but requires paid public parking (€1.60/hour, off-site). Schiphol Airport is 25 km distant.

Each cabin is a single bed unit with a private curtain for visual privacy, a dimmable reading light, USB and standard power sockets, hooks for clothes/towel, and an under-bed code locker that fits a small to medium backpack or a carry-on suitcase. Larger lockers for bigger luggage are available nearby (free of charge) but limited in number. The cabins do not have soundproofing - the thin walls and curtain offer little noise isolation, so snoring, footsteps, conversations, and hallway traffic (especially near toilet areas) are clearly audible. The pod interior can become warm and stuffy when the curtain is closed, as there is no personal ventilation control. Air conditioning is provided in the shared corridor, but not inside each cabin. Rooms face either the corridor or exterior. A personal safe is available for an additional charge. Cleaning is provided daily.

There is no on-site breakfast, full restaurant, bar, or kitchen. A vending machine dispenses soft drinks, water, coffee, and packaged snacks at a premium price. The coffee machine can provide free hot water. No refrigerator is available for storing personal food. The nearest supermarkets (Albert Heijn) and a handful of casual restaurants (Pllek, Komyuniti, De Ruimte, Dish, Klaproos Amsterdam) are located 1-4 km away, accessible on foot or by ferry. For those wanting a hot meal, planning ahead is essential before returning to the hotel.
