Munich Central Station is a short walk away, offering direct train connections to the Munich Trade Fair and the airport. The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest venue) is a 10-minute walk. The hotel is also close to tram and metro stations, making it easy to reach any part of the city without a car. The immediate neighbourhood is vibrant and diverse, with a high concentration of late-night eateries and shops. Many restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk. Some streets may be busy late into the evening, and rooms facing the street can pick up traffic and nightlife noise. The area is well served by public transport, and the main pedestrian zone is within a 15-minute walk.

Rooms are decorated in cheerful colours and include seating areas, wardrobes, and heating. Deluxe rooms add a capsule coffee maker. Street-side rooms have air conditioning; other rooms do not have AC but may have a small balcony (not guaranteed). All rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with either a shower or bathtub. Note that housekeeping is not automatic-you must request it at the reception. If you are sensitive to noise, request a room on a higher floor or at the back of the building, as street-facing rooms can be affected by traffic and nearby nightlife. The hotel has one lift and seven floors; luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. Some rooms overlook a shop with street-level displays; if this might bother you, ask for a different view at check-in.

The hotel also operates a bar in the evenings, and packed lunches can be arranged for day trips.
