The hotel sits on a tree-lined street in a lively area, steps from a shopping mall with a food court and multiple restaurants such as Pane e Vino and Dean & David. Marienplatz square is reachable in about 10 minutes by metro. The Central Station is one station away, providing direct rail access across the city and to the airport. On-street coin parking is available near the hotel, and a public parking lot nearby costs €11 per day but cannot be reserved.

Rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Soundproofed windows help reduce street noise, but the original parquet floors can be creaky.
