BOLD HOTEL MUENCHEN ZENTRUM, Munich

The property sits just steps from Poccistraße station, placing you on the U3/U6 line that reaches Marienplatz in three stops. The Theresienwiese is within a 5-minute walk, making this a prime base for Oktoberfest. The A99 motorway is 12 minutes away by car, and the Munich airport shuttle is not available - the U-Bahn is the most efficient airport connection. Several restaurants, supermarkets (e.g., Rewe), and cafes are within a 5-minute walk, though the immediate area lacks high-end dining. Parking is on-site in an underground garage (€18/day, no reservation, steep ramp).

Breakfast is a buffet with pastries, bread, spreads, cold cuts, cheese, and hot drinks. The selection is adequate but consistent - little variety from day to day and limited hot items (e.g., eggs, meat). Breakfast must be ordered and paid for (€16.70-€19) by the evening before; walk-in breakfast is generally not possible. The lobby bar is open 24 hours, serving barista-made coffee, cocktails, wine, and snacks, providing a reliable option for a late-night drink or morning coffee if you skip the paid breakfast. There is no restaurant on site; a range of international restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For leisure, there is a sun terrace, a courtyard garden, and bicycle rental (additional charge). The surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, and the Theresienwiese park is a short walk away.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, though speeds can be sluggish in some rooms. Luggage storage is available and convenient for early arrivals or late departures. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins, taxi bookings (though reliability can be an issue), and printing tickets. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located in a communal area for a small fee (approx. €2 wash / €1.50 dry). Underground parking is available for €18/night but cannot be reserved and has a steep ramp. Pets are allowed on request (€10/night). Safety features include CCTV, key card access, and a safety deposit box at reception.
