Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and the Guinness Brewery are all within a 15-minute walk, as are Temple Bar and the National Gallery. The nearest Luas tram stop (Harcourt) is a 2-minute walk, and the AirLink express bus (route 757) from the airport stops on Adelaide Road directly across from the B&B. Pearse Dart station is also nearby. For the zoo, allow 20 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by public transport.

Room types range from compact economy singles to standard doubles, twin/doubles, and junior doubles (slightly smaller than standard). Family rooms sleep 2 adults and up to 2 children under 16. Bedrooms feature orthopaedic mattresses, heating, and wardrobes; note that there is no air conditioning, but windows open for ventilation. Rooms vary in size - the economy single is notably small. Some rooms are located in a separate building next door, and upper-floor rooms require climbing stairs as there is no lift. Daily housekeeping includes bed-making and replenishment of bottled water.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30 on weekdays and until 10:00 on weekends. The menu includes a full Irish breakfast, fresh fruit salad, smoked salmon with eggs, pancakes, homemade granola, omelets, and porridge. Afternoon tea, coffee, and cakes are available in the lounge. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner; however, many restaurants, cafés, and pubs are within a short walk on Camden Street and around Grafton Street.

The B&B offers free luggage storage (including before check-in), bicycle storage, and a shared lounge/TV area. A 24-hour front desk provides tourist information, concierge services, and boarding pass printing. On-site parking is very limited - reservation is required and is included in the rate (subject to availability). The property is a listed building and is not disabled-friendly due to stairs only.
