The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Awajicho Station (Marunouchi Line, direct to Ginza and Tokyo Station in about 5 minutes), a 5-minute walk from Shin-Ochanomizu Station, and a 6-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station (Yamanote Line, two stops from Tokyo Station). This gives direct subway links to Roppongi, Ueno, and other key districts. Akihabara Electric Town is a 5-minute walk away; Tokyo Dome and the Imperial Palace are both a 30-minute stroll. The immediate area is quiet for a business district, with a bus stop directly outside and several supermarkets within a block. For car-free travel, the location is highly practical, but there is no on-site parking.

Room types include double, twin, triple, and quadruple configurations. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, electric kettle, fridge, and pajamas. The black-and-white decor is clean but basic. Some rooms feature a compact bathtub. Size varies by type: double and twin rooms can feel small for two people with large suitcases, while deluxe double and triple rooms are notably more spacious. Noise from passing trains can be audible in rooms on the train side, so a room away from that side is preferable for light sleepers. The air conditioning is central and seasonal, not individually controlled. Rooms lack a wardrobe, which can make storage a challenge for stays longer than two nights.

Breakfast is a buffet at Osteria NORA, featuring a selection of Japanese dishes (curry, rice, miso soup) and Western items (bread, pancakes, cereals). The variety is solid for a business hotel, and the hot pancakes are freshly made on request. The restaurant also offers lunch and dinner with Italian, Japanese, and European cuisine. A Family Mart convenience store on the ground floor provides 24/7 access to snacks, drinks, and simple meals. Many restaurants and a supermarket are within a 1- to 5-minute walk across the street.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, and non-smoking rooms throughout. Self-service laundry machines are available on the 5th floor, with a microwave and washing powder for purchase. Luggage storage is free before check-in and on check-out day, with an overnight storage fee of ¥300 per night. Daily housekeeping is provided for most bookings, but for stays of two weeks or more, room cleaning and towel changes are suspended (consumables are delivered to the door).
