The airport limousine bus stop at Sunshine City Prince Hotel is a 7-minute walk away, offering direct service to Haneda and Narita airports without train transfers. The immediate area is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops, with a 7-Eleven convenience store just behind the hotel and a supermarket on the main road. Sunshine City mall (3-4 minutes walk) contains shopping, an aquarium, and a game centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe despite the central location. Access by car is limited; there is no on-site parking, though a discounted affiliated parking lot is 10 minutes away.

Rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, with private bathrooms featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Each room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, and carpeted floor. Bed sizes vary: Standard rooms have a 140 cm double bed, Superior rooms a 155 cm bed, and Hollywood Twin rooms have two 90 cm single beds. The twin layout places beds adjacent with a narrow gap; separating them is limited by wall shape. Rooms are compact - typical for Tokyo - and best suited to solo travellers or couples with light luggage. A work desk is provided in each room. Soundproofing is sufficient for a good night's sleep, and some rooms include a window that opens. Coin laundry and a shared lounge are available on the ground floor.
