Yotsuya-Sanchome Station, a 10-minute walk, offers direct subway access to Ginza and Tokyo Station. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Yasukuni Shrine are around 2 km away; the Imperial Palace grounds are a 30-minute walk. Several convenience stores and local restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, ideal for budget travellers seeking quick connections to major Tokyo areas.

Rooms range from economy dorms (up to 27 guests) to female-only and luxury capsules with fewer beds. Each bunk has a privacy curtain, though some are incomplete or broken. Mattresses are thin and firm; temperature control can be inconsistent and ventilation limited. Lockers are provided for small valuables only; larger suitcases can be stored in a separate luggage room upon request. Shared toilets and showers are on each floor (showers in the basement). Each bed has one power outlet. Noise and light from other guests are common; earplugs and an eye mask are recommended.

The 9th-floor shared kitchen has a single burner, two microwaves, an electric kettle, and basic utensils. It is suitable for simple meal preparation but not for elaborate cooking. There is no breakfast service. Numerous convenience stores and casual eateries (e.g., Matsuya, Cafe de Crie) are within a 5-minute walk, offering quick meal options.

The common lounge on the top floor features a TV, seating, and a balcony with city views. The ground-floor lounge also has internet PCs and a drink vending machine. These areas serve as the primary leisure spaces, suitable for reading, chatting, or planning your day. No dedicated wellness facilities are available.

Wi-Fi is free throughout but may be slow for streaming or video calls. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, and multi-night storage is possible.
