The hotel is set in the Raval neighbourhood, putting Las Ramblas and the port within easy walking distance. Two metro stations (Drassanes and Paral*lel) are each about 5 minutes away, providing direct connections to Sants station, the airport (via L9 Sud), and Sagrada Familia. Numerous restaurants, a large market, and a supermarket are steps from the entrance. The immediate area around the hotel has a visible homeless population and some street activity, particularly after dark. A police station is on the corner. Keyed double-door entry and 24-hour staff help maintain in-hotel security. Travellers arriving by car should note that street parking is limited and the on-site garage requires advance booking. A taxi stand is directly outside.

Room types include single, double, twin, and interconnecting family units (double + twin). All feature parquet flooring, soundproof walls, air conditioning (summer) / heating (winter), a laptop safe, wardrobe (open shelving in some rooms), desk, and cable TV. Private bathrooms have a bath or shower, high-powered hairdryer, full-length mirror, and wall-mounted soap. The single room is compact; double/twin sizes are moderate. Some rooms have small windows or face internal light wells, which can feel dark. Road-facing rooms may be noisier. There is no in-room fridge, kettle, or coffee maker. A few rooms have been described as spacious, while others are compact. Room cleaning is daily but may occur later in the afternoon. Beds are generally comfortable; twin beds may be on wheeled frames.

The pool is not heated but receives sun through much of the day; capacity is very limited (suitable for a short cool-down dip, not swimming). Sun loungers and basic chairs are available, but deck space is small. During busy periods, a reservation may be needed to access the pool area. The rooftop bar is sometimes open. The fitness centre is free and includes basic cardio equipment. There is no spa, sauna, or hot tub. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, tour desk, and luggage storage (large combination lockers, available before check-in and after check-out).
