The hotel is on Carrer de Ferran, a busy street in the Gothic Quarter, 290 metres from Las Ramblas and 350 metres from Liceu Metro station (L3). The Barcelona Cathedral, Boqueria Market, and the Port of Barcelona are all within 500 metres, with the Picasso Museum 800 metres away. Plaza Catalunya is a 10-minute stroll, and the beach is a pleasant 30-minute walk. Barcelona Airport (14 km) is accessible by Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya (every 15 minutes) or by train every 10 minutes; the hotel does not provide a shuttle. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops, and the lively atmosphere continues late into the night.

Room types include single, double/twin (with either a double or two single beds), double single-use, triple (double/twin plus sofa bed), quadruple (four beds), and the 30 m2 Suite Miró with a living area, fridge, kettle, massage bathtub, and complimentary water. All rooms have soundproof walls (though effectiveness varies), a private bathroom with basic toiletries, a hairdryer, and a safe available for a small daily fee (€2). Some rooms have a balcony. Renovations have been carried out across the hotel, but some rooms remain on the smaller side. Road-facing rooms can be very noisy at night; interior courtyard rooms are significantly quieter. The surrounding streets offer dozens of restaurants and bars, including traditional tapas and international options. The breakfast area can get busy, and special dietary needs (e.g., lactose-free hot drinks) are limited - consider bringing your own milk if required.

For active guests, bicycle rental and guided bike tours can be arranged (additional charge). The hotel can also provide information on temporary art galleries and other cultural activities in the area. The central location means most major attractions, parks, and the beach are easily reachable on foot or by metro. No other leisure facilities are available on site.
