Plaça Catalunya and the Ramblas are within a 20-minute walk. The Sagrada Família is 30 minutes on foot. Arc de Triomf metro and train station is only 400 metres away, providing a direct metro line to the airport (approx. 35 minutes) and a 15-minute walk to the cruise port. The International Convention Center - CCIB FORUM is 20 minutes by public transport, and Fira Barcelona Exhibition Centre is 30 minutes away. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is 15 minutes from the hotel. The surrounding streets have a wide selection of restaurants and cafés within a few minutes' walk. This area is quiet at night yet very central.

Rooms are compact and best suited for solo travellers or couples on short stays. The standard double room (approx. 17 m2) has a king-size bed (1.80 m) or a queen-size bed (1.60 m). storage is minimal - a hanging rail with a few hooks and a wardrobe that can hold about 3 items. There is no desk, minibar, kettle, or coffee maker. A small table serves as a work surface. Windows open in all rooms; rooms designated as Park View face Ciutadella Park, while standard rooms may face a courtyard or a wall. Rooms on upper floors tend to be quieter. Sound insulation between rooms is limited, and noise from corridors can be heard. Daily housekeeping is provided.

Breakfast is a buffet with bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and hot drinks. It is served until 11:00 on weekends, which suits late risers. No hot food like eggs or bacon is offered. The 24-hour lounge bar serves drinks, sandwiches, and snacks throughout the day and night. The rooftop terrace provides a scenic spot for drinks from the bar (bar hours may vary, especially in cooler months). There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but several restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, including Bar Rte. Andurina, Triptic, and La Tapa del Triomf.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. The main leisure facility is the 8th-floor rooftop terrace with sweeping views of Ciutadella Park, the Mediterranean, and the Barcelona skyline. The terrace has seating and is a relaxing place in good weather, though it is best used before sunset as it does not have a dedicated bar. The adjacent Ciutadella Park is right outside and offers extensive green space for walking, jogging, or picnics.

The shared lounge/TV area is spacious and well-designed, with a bar serving drinks and snacks. Express check-in/out is available. Pets are allowed on request for an extra cleaning fee of €5 per night. No airport shuttle service is offered; taxis to the airport take about 30 minutes.
