The apartments sit directly on Avenida de las Playas, placing you within a short walk of the beach, numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. Lanzarote International Airport is 10 km away (about a 15-minute drive), and the capital Arrecife is a 15-minute drive. The area is flat and mostly walkable. For those with a car, finding street parking can be challenging, and no on-site parking is available; you may need to park some distance away.

All apartments include a private bathroom, a balcony (some with sea views), and a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are provided. Two-bedroom apartments separate the bedrooms from the living room. Accommodation is cleaned five times a week, with towel changes twice and linen changes once per week. There is no air conditioning, so renting a fan is advisable. Road-facing or pool-facing rooms can be noisy, especially at night, so for a quieter stay, request an apartment in Elena II, located across the road away from the main complex. Ceiling fans are available in some rooms.

The complex does not have a restaurant but features a poolside snack bar open from 11:00 to 24:00, offering light refreshments and hot snacks. The bar's relaxed atmosphere is popular, with karaoke and other social events. Dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, and bars are within a 300-metre walk along Avenida de las Playas, providing plenty of dining variety.
