The apartments sit in central Puerto del Carmen, less than 500 metres from the beach and a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

The main strip with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops is immediately outside the front entrance, and the Biosfera shopping centre is across from the back gate. The beach and harbour are within a 5-10-minute walk. The area is hilly, with many steps around the complex. Traffic noise can be noticeable in rooms facing the road. Bus stops are nearby for exploring the island.

Accommodation

Spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with a living room, sofa bed, satellite TV, a kitchen with a fridge and coffee maker, and a private balcony or terrace usually facing the sea.

Each apartment includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and basic cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bath or shower and free toiletries. Air conditioning (€5/day) is only in the living room. The furniture and decor are dated. The living room has a sofa bed, and the bedroom offers twin beds. Some rooms have two balconies. Standard apartments are smaller than the superior ones.

Dining

A cocktail bar and snack bar are on site, but there is no full restaurant.

The snack bar serves basic hot and cold items at reasonable prices from 09:00 to 17:00. Breakfast can be booked in advance, offering a continental buffet. A vending machine provides snacks. The pool bar has a limited menu and drinks. Given the lack of a restaurant, most guests eat at the many nearby restaurants and bars.

Two outdoor swimming pools, one quieter and one with a bar, open year-round with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Both pools are free. One pool is heated from November to March. The pool with a bar has shorter hours (10:00-18:00). A lifeguard is on duty at the main pool. Pool towels are available for a €10 deposit. The gardens are well-kept. There is a solarium. Diving, golf, windsurfing, and tennis are available nearby at an extra cost.
