The apartments are centrally located just 150 metres from Blanca Beach and a 3-minute walk from the seafront promenade. Along the promenade, the marina is a 10-minute walk and Biosfera Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen is a short walk downhill; returning involves a steep hill known as 'cardiac hill', though alternative side routes cut across. The airport is a 10-minute taxi ride away for around €12-15. Eight restaurants and bars are within 0.5 km, so dining options are plentiful on foot. A Mercadona supermarket is nearby for self-catering supplies.

The pool bar is the main dining and social hub of the complex. Open year-round (closed briefly each May for painting), it offers a full breakfast menu with English, Spanish, and continental options, plus snacks, burgers, and pizzas throughout the day. The bar has a daily happy hour and serves cocktails and drinks at poolside prices. Music is often played in the afternoons, creating a lively but not disruptive vibe. The bar staff can also prepare and serve food and drinks to sun loungers. Those who prefer a quieter meal will find eight restaurants within a 5-minute walk along the main strip, including options like The Galleon Inn, Legacy of India, and Mumbai Masala.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property but can be slow in some areas. Reception is open from 14:00 to 23:00; late arrivals receive key box instructions after booking. A luggage storage and locker room are available free of charge, and a toilet is also accessible for guests arriving early or with late flights. An iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment, and hairdryers are also supplied. A laundry service is not available, but a self-service laundry is a 15-minute walk away. Airport shuttles are not offered; taxis cost around €12-15 for the 10-minute ride. Car hire can be arranged through the tour desk. The property has no spa or wellness centre.
