The complex sits right on the flat coastal strip, making it easy to walk everywhere without climbing hills. Local buses serve the area, and Arrecife Airport is 5 minutes by car. Lanzarote Golf Resort is 5 minutes away by car. Free public parking can be found along the surrounding streets. The beach is directly across the road, and dozens of bars, restaurants, and shops are within a 30-second walk. The main strip is lively at night, but the complex itself remains quiet, especially in sea-view apartments at the front.

Studios sleep 2 with a double bed; one-bedroom apartments add a living area with 2 sofa beds; two-bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 plus a travel cot. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower (no walk-in shower chair - request an adapted bathroom if needed). All apartments include a balcony or terrace - some overlook the pool or garden, others face the sea or the front strip. The furniture is older and basic, with firm mattresses; some units have dated decor. A fan is provided in every apartment. Bedrooms have windows that open for natural ventilation, but road-facing rear units can pick up some street noise. Apartments are generally spacious, with a full-size fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and electric hob, along with utensils and a washing machine. Many guests use the kitchen for breakfast and snacks but eat at nearby restaurants for main meals. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining: Arthur's Bar & Restaurant, The Little Elm Restaurant, Antica Trattoria Di Verona, Restaurante Miracle, and La Carmencita del Puerto are all within 300 metres. From pizza to seafood, you can eat out every night without needing transport.

The pool is a central, child-friendly area surrounded by a garden and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge, and pool/beach towels are available. The pool is open all year. A solarium offers additional sunbathing space. There is no spa, gym, or fitness room. For active leisure, the beach is 200 metres away, and the area offers snorkelling, diving, cycling, hiking, and tennis. Lanzarote Golf Resort is 5 minutes away by car.

Reception is staffed during the day and can assist with currency exchange, tour desk, and taxi bookings. Check-in is from 12:00 until 23:30; late arrivals are accommodated with a key collection plan. Luggage can be stored at reception on departure day. Late checkout is possible for a supplement if arranged 3 days in advance. A free washing machine is available. The property is non-smoking throughout, but smoking is allowed on balconies. There is no lift, but ground-floor apartments are available and are wheelchair accessible (adapted bathroom, no shower chair). Cots and extra blankets can be provided. Dogs up to 12 kg are allowed on request for €5 per night.
