The complex sits at the quieter end of Puerto del Carmen, a short stroll from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the first bars and restaurants. The area is flat, so no steep hills to negotiate. A supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, and a bus stop 3 minutes away serves routes across the island (around €2 per ride). Taxis to the main strip cost about €5. Lanzarote Airport is 6 km away (€15 taxi), and Arrecife town is 12 km. Rancho Texas Park is within a 10-minute walk.

The pool bar (open 10:00-17:00) provides a menu of breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and all-day cooked breakfasts. Food quality is consistently described as good and reasonably priced. Card payments require a minimum spend of €10; cash is accepted for smaller amounts. The bar also serves wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. There is no separate restaurant or evening dining on site. Within a 10-minute walk, numerous restaurants, bars, and takeaways are available along the beachfront, including Spanish, Irish, and international options.

The pool is unheated, so water temperature can be brisk, especially in winter. Towels for the pool are provided. Sun loungers are plentiful but are often reserved with towels early in the morning; some guests choose to use their own balcony or terrace for sunbathing. There is no spa, gym, or organised entertainment on site. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with parasols (limited number). Children's pool is a shallow section. The complex is generally quiet, with no evening activities, making it suitable for those seeking relaxation.

Wi-Fi is reliable in apartments and around the pool area. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are on site; tokens cost €4.50 each from reception. Luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. A safe can be rented for €10 per week. Housekeeping changes towels and linen every 3-4 days; extra supplies (toilet paper, towels) can be obtained from reception. Check-in after 17:00 is possible via a key safe; guests receive a code before arrival. The property has no parking, no airport shuttle, and no restaurant. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key access are in place for safety.
