Preciados and Montera streets, packed with shops, tapas bars, and concert venues like Sala El Sol, are right outside. The area is very walkable for all major sights, and the quiet street location means the immediate building is calm despite the bustling surroundings. Nearby dining includes Pizza 3Cruces, Takos Al Pastor, Artemisa Sol-Gran Via, and many others within 0.3-0.5 km.

All rooms include individual air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a laptop-sized safe, and parquet floors. The Single Room (10 m2, bunk bed) and Small Double (9-12 m2, double bed) are compact, best for those who plan to spend most of their time out. The Double Room (18 m2) offers a double bed or two single beds and has natural light. The Quadruple Room (22 m2) features a double bed or two single beds plus bunk beds, suitable for families or groups. Bathrooms have glass shower doors with translucent vinyl that provide limited privacy - the doors do not close hermetically. A nightclub next door and nearby street activity can produce noise until late, especially in rooms facing the street or next to the lift. Interior-facing rooms tend to be quieter. Some double rooms on certain floors have balconies but not all.

The buffet includes fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, nuts, juices, smoothies, hot and cold dishes, plus a healthy and a classic section.
