The nearest airport, Barcelona El Prat, is 15 km away, with a paid shuttle service available. Numerous restaurants, cafés and a high-quality supermarket are right next door, making the area ideal for self-catering and spontaneous meals. The neighbourhood is quiet enough for a good night's rest, while being lively with local eateries and bakeries.

Each apartment measures around 70 m2 and includes one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The two bathrooms are finished in marble, one with a bathtub and one with a shower; some units also feature a separate shower. All apartments have a private balcony or terrace - those facing the courtyard are quieter, while street-facing balconies may pick up some traffic noise. The living area comes with a flat-screen TV, soundproofed windows, air conditioning and parquet flooring. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and sufficient utensils for short stays. Daily housekeeping is included, and bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Some interior decoration and furniture may feel dated, but the overall space remains clean, practical and well-maintained.

The property does not operate its own restaurant or bar. Breakfast is not served on site, but a minimarket is located within the building for basic groceries and snacks. The surrounding streets are lined with diverse dining options - from bakeries and coffee shops to full-service restaurants - all within about 300 metres. The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment allows guests to prepare their own meals, and the supermarket next door sells fresh produce, prepared foods and local specialties. For morning coffee or a quick bite, a café across the street is a practical alternative.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Sagrada Familia - popular for relaxing at sunset or sunrise. There is no on-site pool, spa or gym, but guests can use a nearby sports centre with a swimming pool for free, thanks to an agreement with the property.
