The hotel sits in the heart of the tourist zone, directly on Barcelona's most famous pedestrian street. Liceu metro station (Line 3) is immediately adjacent, providing fast connections across the city and to Barcelona-Sants train station. The Boqueria Market, Plaça Reial, Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Columbus Monument, and Barcelona Cathedral are all within a short walk. Barceloneta beach is about 2 km away (15-20 minutes on foot), and the Gothic Quarter is right behind the hotel offering many restaurants, bars, and shops. For those driving, nearby public parking is available at a daily cost of €25-30. The A1 Aerobus stop is a short walk, giving direct airport access. The cruise port is about 10-15 minutes by taxi.

The hotel provides a range of room types including double rooms (with one double bed or two single beds, can request to have twins made into a double), superior rooms with a balcony overlooking La Rambla, triple rooms with twin beds, and family rooms. Some rooms have a balcony, while others have a French balcony or interior courtyard view. Rooms are generally clean and well-maintained. For light sleepers, choosing a room at the rear of the building or on higher floors helps mitigate street noise and metro vibrations which can be more noticeable in Ramblas-facing rooms.
