Century Plaza Hotel, in Downtown Vancouver, has studio suites, one-bedroom suites, and an executive penthouse. The studio suites have a kitchenette and options for two double beds or a king-sized bed. Select studio suites include full kitchens upon request. One-bedroom suites measure 650 square feet with a choice of two twin beds or a single king. Premium Executive Suites measure 750 square feet and feature a separate bedroom and living area. The Executive Penthouse Suite, located on the 30th floor, provides views of English Bay, the North Shore mountains, and the city skyline. All rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine; one-bedroom suites, studio rooms, and executive king suites have full kitchens.

C|Prime Restaurant, located on the lobby level, features Italian food and steakhouse cuisine. It uses fresh ingredients and provides room service. Beyond Coffee, also on the lobby level, offers salads, sandwiches, desserts, and gelato. Guests can order from Beyond Coffee via DoorDash.

The hotel includes an indoor saltwater pool, open from 8 AM to 8 PM, and steam rooms in the changing area. The fitness center, open 24 hours, contains treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and free weights. A Salon, located on the second floor, provides hair services using Bumble and Bumble and Pureology products. The Absolute Spa is the spa of choice for celebrities. The therapeutic benefits in the Support Breathe Roller Ball can be accessed by touching it directly onto the pulse points as needed. Guests can also start with an invigorating body exfoliation with evening primrose, chamomile oils and creams of Damask Rose while enjoying a targeted eye treatment and scalp massage.

Located in Downtown Vancouver, Century Plaza Hotel is near St. Paul's Hospital. It is a 15-minute walk to the convention center. Burrard train station is a 10-minute walk. The hotel is 1.2 km from the cruise port. The Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing bus stops outside the hotel. Self-parking is available for $25 plus taxes per night, with in and out privileges; the parking lot entrance is located off Comox Street.
