BARCELONA4SEASONS - SAGRADA FAMILIA, Barcelona

The apartments are situated no more than 10-15 minutes from the city centre by public transport. The Sagrada Família metro stop (lines L5 and L2) connects directly to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and the old town, while a bus stop is located just outside the building. The area is secure and residential, with supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and casual dining spots within a few steps. The exact location varies per apartment - confirm the specific address during booking. For those arriving by car, secure public parking is available nearby but no on-site parking is provided.

Each apartment is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine), a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. Apartment sizes range from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units (some with 1 or 2 bathrooms). For the Three-Bedroom Apartment at Roselló 419, the master bedroom has a double bed while the other two have twin beds; air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living room but keeps the whole space comfortable. The Top Sagrada Familia apartment offers a direct view of the basilica. Most apartments are on lower floors with lift access. Some units have a private balcony or terrace. Note that the building is undergoing facade work, which may temporarily affect views from street-facing balconies.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A lift is available in the building. Private check-in and out streamlines the process. Luggage storage can be arranged on weekday mornings at the office; lockers are also available across Barcelona for later flights. Babysitting or childcare services can be arranged for an extra fee. The 150 EUR refundable deposit covers the apartment condition (no broken furniture, lost keys or parties) and is returned 1-2 days after checkout. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard. The property is non-smoking throughout.
