The hotel is situated on Avinguda Diagonal, a major avenue, with a bus stop right outside and the Verdaguer metro station (lines L3 and L5) a two-minute walk away. Within a short walk you will find Casa de les Punxes, the Sagrada Familia (10 minutes), and Las Ramblas (25 minutes). The cruise terminal is a 15-20 minute taxi ride costing approximately €15-20. A taxi from El Prat Airport takes about 20 minutes; alternatively, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya and walk or take the metro. Numerous restaurants, cafes and a supermarket are within 300 metres, and the surrounding streets are lively but the hotel itself remains quiet.

Rooms are cosy and practical, each featuring air conditioning, soundproof walls, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, wardrobe and safe deposit box. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the private shower bathroom. A few rooms have small balconies available on request. Some rooms overlook the street while others face an interior courtyard; rooms with windows to the inner courtyard are quieter, while those on Avinguda Diagonal offer more light but may be slightly noisier. Certain rooms have an impractical window or no window at all and can feel cramped, so those who prefer natural light should request a room on a higher floor with an external view. Family suites consist of two connecting double bedrooms. Daily housekeeping is provided.
