Bus routes also run every 15 minutes from the nearby stop. By car, the A10 motorway is a 2-minute drive away, making it easy to leave the city. The area is quiet and residential, with a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. The traditional fishing town of Volendam is a 15-minute drive north. While the hotel is further from the historic centre, the metro connection is fast and efficient for sightseeing.
