The station provides direct metro and train connections to Amsterdam city centre (about 20 minutes) and Schiphol Airport (2 stops). An Albert Heijn supermarket is immediately next door, and numerous restaurants - including Villa Don, JinSo, and Grolsch Cine Cafe - are within a short walk. The nearest paid parking (P21) is a 5-10 minute walk. The area is well-lit and feels safe, especially around event times.

Room types include double, twin, triple, and quadruple configurations. Quadruple rooms are wheelchair accessible. Some rooms have windows that open partially (request when booking). There is no wardrobe - only a small hanging area behind the mirror. Bathroom doors do not have locks. USB plugs are provided on both sides of the bed. Hairdryers are available at reception for a limited time (1 hour). The rooms have no minibar or kettle. Beds are comfortable, but some double rooms have the bed against the wall, making one side inaccessible. Soundproofing is inconsistent; rooms facing the street may hear traffic or event noise. Heating via air conditioning can be slow in colder weather.

For breakfast, Lebkov and Sons café (5 minutes on foot) is open from 06:00-18:00. There are many nearby dining options: Villa Don (0.5 km), JinSo (0.5 km), Grolsch Cine Cafe (0.5 km), and Asian Kitchen (0.5 km). Vending machines on every three floors offer drinks, snacks, and toiletries. No bar or room service is available.

One lift often operates; the second has been reported out of order for extended periods. Luggage can be stored in paid lockers (€5 per use). Express check-in/out is available. There is no laundry service or airport shuttle. The hotel has one wheelchair-accessible room, key card access, CCTV, and smoke alarms. Pets are allowed with a €15 per dog per night fee. The front desk staff speak English and can assist with local recommendations. All reservations must be prepaid.
