Room sizes vary; double rooms are approximately 7 m2, and some single rooms are very compact. Two double rooms have a balcony; others face the garden or the street. Garden-side rooms are quieter, while street-facing rooms may hear church bells and traffic. All rooms have opening windows. The building has no elevator - steep stairs lead to reception and all guest floors. Staff routinely help carry luggage. Some double beds are two single mattresses pushed together, which can create a gap. The rooms are carpeted, and air conditioning is provided. A refrigerator and work desk are standard in all rooms.
