Rooms and Suites
Beaufort House Inn provides 11 guestrooms with private baths. Rooms include king or queen beds, TVs, and Wi-Fi. Some rooms have two-person Jacuzzis, antique claw tubs with showers, fireplaces, private porches, balconies, or terraces. The Sarah Davidson Suite on the 3rd floor features a king-size sleigh bed, a sitting area, twin beds in a second bedroom, and a reading nook. The Ivy Terrace room has a queen bed and French doors separating the bath area, which includes a 110-gallon two-person Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower. The Arbor Room has a queen bed, a gas-log fireplace with an oak mantle (September - April), and a private bath with a 110-gallon two-person Jacuzzi tub and wall shower. The Rose Room is furnished with a King-size bed, large armoire, and a 32" flat screen TV. Three large 'curved glass' windows look out over the front of the house, with views of the sunsets and mountains in the distance. The Garden Room features a queen-size bed, a pine headboard, luxury hotel linens, large pine armoire, and a small private balcony with two chairs and bistro table with mountain views.
Dining Options
The Inn offers a continental breakfast daily from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, featuring baked goods, yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit. Personalized service includes the option to enjoy breakfast in the dining area, in-room, or on the veranda. The bed and breakfast menu alternates between sweet and savory entrees, which could include Belgian Waffles, pear dumplings, French phyllo eggs, quiches, and crepes. Friday and Saturday evening wine time, and afternoon cookies are also available.

Beaufort House Inn is situated on 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens. Guests can meander the streets lined with historic buildings, cafes, breweries, galleries, parks, and local shops. The Inn is near the Harrah's Cherokee Civic Center and the Harrah's Orange Peel venues in downtown Asheville. The property provides access to the Appalachian Trail.
