BELLE BLUE ZENTRUM, Munich

The hotel sits on a side street in the city's red light district, within a 10-minute walk of Theresienwiese Oktoberfest grounds and St. Paul's Church. Munich Main Station provides direct S-Bahn and U-Bahn links across the city and to the airport via S1 or S8. The immediate area has a high concentration of adult entertainment venues and can feel unsafe late at night, especially for solo travelers. Several supermarkets, pharmacies, and a minimarket are within a few minutes' walk, and a variety of ethnic restaurants are nearby. Walking to Marienplatz or the Altstadt takes about 15 minutes.

Breakfast costs €12 per person and includes breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, coffee, and tea. During peak hours, items may run out and are not always promptly replenished. The breakfast area is small, so seating can be tight on busy mornings. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but room service is available. Several supermarkets and a minimarket are within walking distance for self-catering, and the surrounding area has many ethnic restaurants and takeaway options.

The property has a lift, family rooms, non-smoking policy, and soundproof rooms. Safety features include key card access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a safety deposit box. A minimarket is on site. Laptop safe and electric kettle are provided in rooms. Private parking is off-site in a nearby garage at €15 per night (no reservation needed). Payment can be made by American Express, Visa, Maestro, EC-Card, or MasterCard. No airport shuttle is available; use the S-Bahn from Main Station.
