The apartments are set back from the main tourist strip, offering a peaceful base while keeping the beach and nightlife within easy reach. Los Pocillos Beach is about 500 metres away, and the main promenade with shops, bars, and restaurants is a 5-10 minute walk. The old town is a longer 25-30 minute stroll. A bus stop (route 3) is directly outside the complex, ideal for car-free exploration of the island. Parking is free and ample on the surrounding streets, and the airport is a short 5-minute drive, making this location convenient for both late arrivals and early departures.

Apartment sizes range from one-bedroom units (sleeping 2-4) to larger two-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 5). All include a kitchen with a stovetop, fridge, oven, kettle, and basic cookware - no microwave or toaster. Bedrooms typically have two single beds with firm mattresses; double beds are available in some configurations. A sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space. Upper-floor apartments have private balconies, while ground-floor units offer a terrace. Some apartments feature connecting internal doors that offer minimal soundproofing, potentially allowing noise from neighbouring units.

The pool bar is open during the day (closing around 18:00) and offers freshly cooked food such as toasties, snacks, and full meals. Many guests find the quality good and the staff welcoming. A continental breakfast is available for a surcharge of €5, covering bread, pastries, and hot drinks. For those wanting more variety, the main strip with dozens of restaurants is a short walk away. A small supermarket is a 3-minute walk for self-catering supplies, and the local shops on the strip also sell essentials.

The main pool area is a central feature with plenty of sun loungers, though the number of sunbeds can be stretched when the complex is full. The pools are unheated and open year-round. A separate children's pool is available for younger guests. A free public bath, solarium, and paid massage treatments are also on offer. For entertainment, there is a billiards table. The surrounding area provides opportunities for golf (800m to Puerto del Carmen Golf Club), and the beach is close for swimming and snorkelling.
