The hotel is within a few steps of Tokyo Mystery Circus and Godzilla Head, and within a 15-minute walk of Shinjuku Station. The subway is less than 5 minutes on foot. Haneda Airport is 30 km away; from Narita, take the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori, then JR to Shinjuku (about 1 hour). The area is surrounded by nightlife, restaurants, and shopping, though the immediate street can be very loud at night. The closest convenience store is 7-Eleven Seibu Shinjuku. Luggage can be stored at any time on check-in day before 16:00.

Bed types include single, comfort single (slightly larger), double (120 cm wide bunk), and superior (a curtain-partitioned private zone, not a lockable room). Bunks are wooden, with thin mattresses described as a sleeping pad on plywood; they are not made up on arrival - guests must put on sheets and remove them at checkout. Each bunk has a reading light, power socket, and a small safe (batteries may be missing). Upper bunks are accessed by a narrow metal ladder, and the top capsules accumulate dust from the ceiling. Ventilation is via a wall unit that can produce a constant hum; capsules can feel hot and stuffy at night. Noise from the on-site bar (until 2 am) and a club in the building is audible. All bathroom and shower facilities are shared, with a unisex layout. The superior room has no shower room available on-site.

Breakfast is an American-style set available for 1190 JPY and can be included in select room plans. The cafe (open 12:00-20:00, last order 19:00) offers items like Black Ice Latte (610 JPY), Koboreru Latte varieties (610 JPY), Black Affogato (660 JPY), and alcoholic drinks (800 JPY). The cafe area doubles as a book lounge (daytime use 13:00-20:00, last call 19:00) with city views. There is no on-site restaurant, but numerous dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Kyochabana, Itamae Sushi, and Coco Ichibanya.
