Sensoji Temple is a 5-10 minute walk, Tokyo Skytree about 20 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is safe and lively, with a FamilyMart across the street, numerous restaurants (including Sobashonin and Eel Maekawa Komagata within 0.5 km), and the World Bags and Luggage Museum nearby. The riverfront is ideal for morning runs or evening strolls, and the area remains relatively quiet at night despite its tourist traffic.

Room types include double (120 cm wide bed), twin (two single beds), and triple (three single beds). All are air-conditioned with heating, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, and pajamas. Floor space is limited - standard rooms have a raised bed platform with storage underneath for suitcases.
