The guest house sits directly on Las Ramblas, Barcelona's most famous boulevard, with the Drassanes metro station (L3 line) just 100 metres away. The Wax Museum is next door, and the port, Maremagnum shopping centre, and the aquarium are a 10-minute walk south. Plaza Catalunya is a 15-minute stroll north, giving easy access to the Gothic Quarter, El Born, and major sights. The airport bus stop is also adjacent, making transfers straightforward. A 20-minute walk serves the Royal Caribbean cruise docks, while taxis from the hotel to the port are a 3-minute ride. Parking is not available on site, but a public car park (Parking Atarazanas) is located less than 50 metres away.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and heated, soundproofed, and come with a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle (with complimentary tea, coffee, water, and cookies), and a wardrobe. Some rooms feature a balcony with city or street views - these are brighter and offer natural light. Rooms facing the inner courtyard can be very dark and poorly ventilated; a few have windows that look into a closed internal space, which may feel stuffy. The rooms are compact, especially the standard double and twin categories: floor space is very limited, with tight clearance around the bed. The triple rooms are slightly more spacious. All rooms are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each room includes an electric kettle with a complimentary supply of water, tea, coffee, milk, and cookies, providing a basic self-catered morning option. The surrounding area offers a wide range of cafés, bars, and restaurants within a short walk, including Tast a la Rambla (0.5 km), Bodega Biarritz (0.5 km), and many more. Given the absence of on-site dining, planning meals outside the property is straightforward.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Luggage storage is offered free of charge from 10:00 on check-in day until 23:00 on check-out day, using secure lockers. A paid airport shuttle service (€38 for up to 3 people) can be arranged. A tour desk and concierge service provide tourist information and free local maps. The property has security cameras, smoke alarms, and a security alarm; a night guard is on call after reception closes. Late check-out (until 12:30) costs €10 and must be arranged at check-in. Invoices are available on request. There is no lift, and bike storage is not available.
