Located on Nathan Road, the hotel entrance is inside a residential building (Golden Crown Court, 4th floor), which can be challenging to find. The location is rated as excellent, with direct MTR access to all of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Space Museum is a 10-minute walk away, and shopping centres iSquare, K11 and Harbour City are all within walking distance. Hong Kong International Airport is a 30-minute drive, or reachable via the paid airport shuttle.

The accommodation consists of simple, fully air-conditioned rooms equipped with a private bathroom. Room dimensions vary: standard single/double rooms are notably compact (approximately 8x8 feet or smaller), with limited space for luggage and no room for two suitcases. Larger room categories include spacious options for 2-6 guests with 2-3 double beds. All rooms feature an electric kettle and an AM/FM alarm clock, but there is no minibar, no balcony and no window in some standard rooms. The bathrooms are small, with a hand-held shower that wets the entire area; some rooms have mold or musty smells due to poor ventilation. Beds are firm; rooms are soundproofed but the decor is basic and dated. An iron is available from the lobby on request.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site. For meals, guests can choose from numerous restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk, including Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan-fried Buns (0.5 km), Nanhai No. 1 (0.5 km), Hutong (0.5 km), Din Tai Fung (0.5 km), Delaney's Kowloon Irish Bar (0.5 km), Tsui Wah Restaurant (0.5 km) and Eye Bar (0.5 km). Breakfast availability may be shown when selecting dates, but is not a standard feature. Bottled water is available at an extra charge.

Daily housekeeping is free, while laundry and ironing service are available for an additional fee.
