Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to a shared guest lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace, along with a small garden with outdoor furniture and a rear deck. There is no swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, or game room. The immediate neighbourhood is well-suited to walking, with parks, historic houses, and many restaurants within easy reach. Stanley Park and the downtown waterfront are accessible via a 10-minute bus ride or 20-minute walk from the SkyTrain station.
