The hotel sits on Gran Via, one of the city's main arteries, placing guests within a 10-minute walk of Plaza España and a 25-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. Rocafort metro station (Line 1) is at the doorstep, providing direct access to the city centre and the airport via the Aerobus from Plaza España. The neighbourhood is vibrant and safe, filled with shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Street noise from Gran Via is effectively blocked by soundproofed windows, and rooms at the rear are notably quieter. For airport transfers, a taxi takes approximately 20-25 minutes, as there is no hotel shuttle.

Rooms are available as doubles or twins, each featuring a pool view and modern décor. They include soundproof walls, parquet floors, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer a balcony with city views over Gran Via, while rear-facing rooms have no balcony and a less appealing outlook. Soundproofing is effective, making even street-facing rooms quiet when windows are closed. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge. Note that there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room; a shared kettle is available on the main floor. Bedding is either a double or two single beds pushed together, which may shift apart. For self-catering, nearby supermarkets provide supplies.

The pool is located on the seventh floor and offers a shallow end, making it suitable for children. It is open all year but is not heated, so swimming is most comfortable in warmer months. Pool towels are provided free of charge, and access is exclusive to hotel guests at no extra cost. The sun terrace features sun loungers and outdoor furniture, though the pool area is relatively small. The terrace closes at 20:00, so sunset views are not available from the pool. The hotel does not have a spa or wellness centre.

Luggage storage is free of charge, allowing early arrivals and late departures to explore hands-free.
