The guest house is central in Tsim Sha Tsui, with Avenue of Stars and Miramar Shopping Centre a short walk away. The MTR station (Exit D2) is 20 steps from the building, and the A21/A25 airport bus stop is 50 metres out, providing a direct route to Hong Kong International Airport (45 minutes by car). Central and Lan Kwai Fong are a 16-minute MTR ride. Many restaurants, bars and shops line the surrounding streets. The building can be chaotic to locate for first-time visitors; entering from Nathan Road and using the lift to the 16th floor for reception is the usual route.

Room options include single, double, twin and family rooms (two double beds for up to 4 persons). Most rooms have a window, but availability varies. Rooms are compact and basic, typical of budget stays in Hong Kong. The family room is spacious in comparison to the other room types. Some rooms are located on different floors (10, 14 or 16), though check-in is always at the 16th-floor reception. Noise between adjacent rooms and from outside can be audible, and the air conditioning and minifridge in some units are noticeable. Towels, bed linen and daily cleaning are provided. Hairdryers are available on request. Electric kettles are located in the lobby area rather than in rooms.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site. However, the Tsim Sha Tsui location places dozens of eateries immediately outside the building, including Eye Bar, Osteria Ristorante Italiano, The Sweet Dynasty and Delaney's Kowloon Irish Bar, all within a 3-minute walk. Hutong, The Lobby at the Peninsula, Spring Deer and Felix are about 5 minutes away. Whether for a quick meal or a sit-down dinner, guests have extensive choices within a few hundred metres.

The property has no gym, spa, pool, or dedicated leisure area. For recreation, Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade are within a 10-minute walk, and the Avenue of Stars is just beyond. Central Hong Kong's shopping and nightlife, as well as Lan Kwai Fong, are a short MTR ride away. The building itself has 24-hour security and CCTV, so the immediate area is safe for evening walks.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can arrange late check-in and early check-out by special request. Luggage storage is available free of charge, which is convenient for guests arriving before check-in or departing later in the day. Laundry and dry cleaning are offered for an additional fee. The building has security features including CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms and a security alarm. The lift reaches the 16th floor, though it is small and can require waiting during peak times. The property accepts Visa, Maestro and UnionPay debit cards.
