Room types include basic shared dormitories, double, triple and quadruple private rooms. Quadruple rooms have two beds and are entirely private for the booking group. Beds are bunk-style with a shelf, personal light and USB socket. Some bunk beds are metal and can squeak during movement; rooms can feel compact in larger dorms. Lockers are available in the rooms and in the hallway for storing luggage. Bed linen is provided. Towels can be rented. Rooms are heated and have windows - some overlook the city and water. There is no air conditioning; warm weather may make rooms stuffy. The elevator goes to the 7th floor; one flight of stairs remains. No rooms have balconies or private bathrooms.

The kitchen is designed to feel like home, with ample counter space, cooking utensils and a dining area. Grocery shopping is convenient - a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. For those preferring to eat out, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and brasseries within 0.5 km, including Restaurang Hemma Vasastan, Melanders, Hilma, Knut, Nisch, Brunkebergs Bageri, Sushibaren and Tea & Garden.
