Coaches to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports stop right in front of the hotel, and a taxi to Fiumicino costs around €40 and to Ciampino around €30. Via Nazionale shopping street is a 5-minute walk away. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Santa Maria Maggiore basilica are all within a straightforward walk. The immediate area has many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops. Late-night arrivals pass through a busy station area; the street itself remains active.

Rooms are simply furnished with a focus on practicality. Private bathrooms come with a shower or bath, hairdryer, and complementary soap and shampoo/body-gel. Not all rooms have a balcony. Some rooms face the street and may be affected by traffic noise, while quieter rooms face the inner courtyard. Family rooms have all beds in one room. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Some rooms are located in a separate building nearby, which may affect Wi-Fi signal strength. Towels and bed linen are changed daily, and rooms are cleaned daily. Size can be tight, particularly in some rooms; the shower stall is noted as small in several units.
