Major landmarks within a 10-15 minute walk include the Roman Forum (900m), Trevi Fountain (650m), and Piazza Venezia. Cavour metro station is 750m away, and Termini station is 15 minutes on foot. Bus lines 64, 170, 40, and H stop nearby, providing connections across the city. For airport transfers, a private shuttle costs €50 (Fiumicino, up to 3 people) or €40 (Ciampino); trains and taxis are also viable. The building entrance has no prominent signage - use the buzzer and reference the pre-arrival email to find it.

Accommodation options include compact Double Rooms (12-16 m2) with courtyard or street views, Superior Doubles (23 m2) with a king-size bed that splits into twins, and a Junior Suite (30 m2) with city views. Apartments are fully self-contained: the Deluxe Apartment (80 m2) sleeps six in two bedrooms plus a sofa bed, the Superior Apartment (50 m2) sleeps four, and the Executive Apartment (42 m2) features a bathtub - a rarity in central Rome.
