The surrounding Little India area is full of affordable restaurants, convenience stores, and local eateries. Parking is not on-site; DBKL public parking is a short walk away. For airport transfers, the KLIA Express from Sentral is faster and cheaper than the hotel's shuttle.

Rooms are compact (Deluxe Queen is approximately 11 m²) and basic. All rooms include an en-suite private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Window rooms are limited - only 3 exist - so book early if natural light is important. Windowless rooms are quieter and more affordable. Some rooms have a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities, and a hairdryer. Pillows are large and firm, which may not suit stomach sleepers. The air conditioning is effective but can be noisy. Room cleaning is daily and towels are replaced. Iron and ironing board are available in the corridor.
