Located on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in the Chow Kit district, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. The Chow Kit Monorail station is a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to reach KL Sentral and other parts of the city. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 25 km away. The immediate area is busy and can feel chaotic, with a wet market behind the hotel and constant street traffic. While the monorail is convenient for sightseeing, getting a taxi can be awkward due to limited pick-up space directly at the entrance. A 7-Eleven is across the street, and numerous local restaurants and food stalls are within walking distance.

Room types include double, twin, single, triple, and quadruple options, with some offering views of the KL Tower or Petronas Twin Towers. Interconnected rooms are available for queen rooms with KL Tower views. All rooms have air conditioning, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, an iron and board, a safe, and free toiletries. Carpeted flooring is standard. Some rooms may have limited natural light or small windows, and bathrooms can be compact with a shower curtain. While beds are generally comfortable, the furniture and décor can feel tired. Road-facing rooms can pick up noise from motorbikes and traffic, especially at night; higher floors help reduce this.

The main restaurant, Together & Co. (also known as Garden Grill), serves Malaysian, local, and international cuisines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The halal breakfast buffet runs from 06:30 to 10:30 on weekdays and until 11:00 on weekends. Adding breakfast costs MYR 35 per person per day. The rooftop bar at level 25 serves drinks and light meals until 11:00 PM, offering great city views. Service at the rooftop bar can be self-directed (ordering at the bar, paying with a 10% service charge). The hotel also has a snack bar and vending machines. Half-board packages include an à la carte dinner with limited menu options.

The outdoor swimming pool is located on the 25th floor rooftop and is open all year, with operating hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (08:00-19:00 on weekends). It provides excellent views of the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The pool area has limited sun loungers and seating, so finding a spot during busy periods can be challenging. The pool itself is modestly sized and can get crowded, particularly on weekends. No spa or wellness centre is available.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The hotel has three lifts, which can be slow during peak times. Valet parking is the only option (no self-park) and costs MYR 15.90 per day, with multiple entries allowed.
