Public parking is available nearby (EFFIA) with a hotel discount, and a luggage drop-off zone is just outside the hotel. The immediate area is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops, and the street becomes very lively in the evenings-especially on weekends. For those who prefer a quieter environment, rooms facing an inner courtyard are available.

The main hotel at 8 rue Commandant André offers 20 rooms, all with private bathroom, air conditioning, television, and lift access. Rooms are soundproofed. Some rooms feature a city view. The apartments are located just across the street at 8 rue Florian, a 30-second walk from reception, in a renovated building without a lift. They include a kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, kettle, fridge, and in some units, a washing machine. All apartments have air conditioning. Some apartments face a lively street with restaurants and can be noisy at night, while those facing an inner courtyard are quieter. The apartment building has no lift, and some units are on upper floors with many steps. Some apartments have no windows, only a skylight, and may feel dark or stuffy-this is more common in basement-level units. Road-facing rooms and apartments can experience significant noise until late at night. For a quieter stay, request a room in the main hotel or an inner-facing apartment.
