The property is centrally located, a 10-minute walk from Atocha Station, giving direct connections across the city and airport routes. Major landmarks like Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are easily reached by public transport, while the Prado Museum is a 15-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers multiple supermarkets, restaurants and a metro station within a few minutes on foot. For those arriving by car, on-site parking is available but must be reserved in advance. The neighbourhood is practical but not scenic; walking to the city centre takes about 30 minutes.

The apartments range from 1-bedroom (40m2) to 2-bedroom (55m2) layouts, each with a living/dining area and a kitchen equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and basic utensils. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, and private bathrooms with bath or shower and free toiletries. Several apartments have private terraces or balconies. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic, so internal-facing or higher-floor rooms are preferable for light sleepers. Bed and sofa-bed comfort can vary; some units have older furnishings. Luggage storage and a lift are available. The apartments are generally spacious and kept clean.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and utensils) allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Two supermarkets are located on the same block, providing easy access to fresh food and supplies. Several restaurants, including Thai and tapas options, are within a short walk along nearby streets. The surrounding area has enough dining variety for short stays but is not a major restaurant destination. The dining setup is best suited for self-catering or casual eating out.

The wellness area includes a shallow-end outdoor swimming pool (open approximately June-September, hours 10:00-18:00) and a heated jacuzzi (open 10:00-17:00) which operates year-round. Both require a daily reservation; the jacuzzi has a maximum capacity of 6 people and pool time may be limited to 2-hour slots per room during high season. Sun loungers and chairs are provided on the terrace, which is open 365 days. Eating by the poolside is not permitted. The facilities are compact but offer a pleasant relaxation option after sightseeing. Use is subject to availability and booking on the day of check-in.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all areas. The reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, with a 24-hour self-check-in machine for arrivals outside these hours. Luggage can be stored in lockers (operated with a €1 coin). Express check-in/check-out is offered, and an invoice is provided. On-site private parking is available for €20 per day but must be reserved in advance; spaces are narrow.
