The hotel sits in a quiet square just off the main tourist routes, making it easy to reach major landmarks while avoiding the biggest crowds. St. Mark's Square is within a 5-minute walk, the Rialto Bridge and market are 700 metres away, and the Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop is about 5 minutes on foot. For airport transfers, the Alilaguna Orange line from Marco Polo stops directly at Sant'Angelo, and the train station is accessible via Line 1. Venice's narrow alleys and canals mean walking is the primary mode of transport; the hotel's position makes it ideal for exploring on foot. The Zattere waterfront, with boats to Giudecca, is a 10-minute walk. Water taxis can drop guests within a few metres of the entrance.

Rooms are spread across the original 18th-century town house and a newer wing. Classic Single rooms look onto the inner courtyard and are small but functional, with a comfortable single bed. Comfort Single rooms overlook a square or alley and are larger. Classic Double rooms face the garden, a courtyard, or a canal and can be configured with either a double or twin beds. Comfort Double rooms are more spacious and often include canal or square views, with slippers provided. Comfort Double Rooms with Terrace add a private outdoor seating area where breakfast can be served. Family rooms sleep up to four people with two queen beds and include children's TV channels. The Suite with Terrace has a canal view, a separate lounge with a sofa bed, and a private terrace. Some rooms (especially Classic Singles and inner-courtyard doubles) can feel dated and may have limited natural light; rooms on street-facing sides can pick up bar noise until late evening. All rooms have satellite TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and air conditioning (seasonal). Kettles are available on request.
