Located in the heart of Madrid city centre, the hotel is within a 500-metre walk of Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Mercado San Miguel. Gran Via is 300 metres away, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum is a 16-minute walk. Callao and Santo Domingo metro stations are just around the corner, and Sol station (for Renfe trains) is within walking distance. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km away; a taxi costs a fixed 30€. The area is lively day and night, with many restaurants, cafes, and bars on the same pedestrian street.

Standard double rooms measure around 12-15 m2 - sufficient for one or two nights but tight for extended stays, particularly if you have large luggage. Some rooms face inner courtyards with little or no light and views of walls or air-conditioning units; others face the street and have pleasant city views. A few Premium rooms and the Junior Suite offer more space, and rooms 703, 704, and 705 feature a balcony or terrace for two people. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine with two capsules per day, a safe (high-up), soundproof walls, and a wardrobe. The private bathrooms have showers with good pressure, but shower doors may not seal fully, and sensor lights can activate during use. No fridge or kettle is provided in rooms. The decor is modern with some dark tones, and the overall atmosphere is clean but can feel claustrophobic in compact rooms.

Breakfast costs 20€ per person and is served in a room on the first floor with only about nine tables. The buffet includes espresso, breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, eggs, and juices. The selection is continental in style and not extensive, and the limited seating can lead to queues at peak hours (especially between 8:00 and 9:30). Breakfast starts at 8:00 on weekdays and 8:30 on weekends. There is no on-site restaurant or bar beyond breakfast. The surrounding pedestrian street is lined with numerous cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants within a minute's walk, providing ample evening dining options.

The hotel provides a complimentary public bath for relaxation, but no other leisure facilities such as a pool, fitness centre, or spa are offered. For recreation and exercise, the nearby Temple of Debod park (1 km) and Casa de Campo (2 km) are within walking distance.

Wi-Fi is free and works well throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with car hire, taxi bookings, and requests. Daily housekeeping is standard, but may stop after 3 PM.
