The hotel is situated on a quiet stretch of the Herengracht, providing a calm retreat from the city buzz while remaining close to the action. The area is known for its restaurants, cafés, and the 9 Streets shopping district. Westermarkt and Dam tram stops are 500 metres away, offering easy access to the Museumplein (tram 2, 10 min) and other parts of the city. For those arriving by train, the 15-minute walk from Central Station is straightforward. A free luggage storage service allows you to explore immediately. Parking is challenging: no on-site option, but valet parking (€35/day), nearby garages (e.g., De Kolk, €55/24h), and P+R facilities (from €10/24h plus tram ticket) are available. The nearest P+R is at Sloterdijk or Bos en Lommer.

Room types include Standard Twin/Double, Canal View Twin/Double, a Luxury Canal View Double (approx. 21 m2), a quadruple loft-style room, and a family room. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, tea/coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, and a safe. Canal view rooms feature COCO-MAT beds and views over the Herengracht. Rooms on the 5th floor and the loft-style quadruple room are accessed via a spiral staircase (no lift), which may be impractical for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Basement and rooms facing the internal courtyard tend to be quieter but with limited natural light. Some rooms are very small, with limited space around the bed. Window ventilation is possible in most rooms. Twin beds are fixed together and cannot be separated. An extra bed or baby cot can be requested. There are no connecting rooms.

Breakfast is available for an additional €12 per person. The buffet includes pistolets, croissants, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, chicken filet, vegetables, fruit, and coffee/tea. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and until 10:45 on weekends. The breakfast room is small, and some guests have noted the selection is basic. The hotel bar serves fruits and wine/champagne (additional charge). A coffee machine in the lobby offers drinks for a fee.
